United Community is seeking a highly skilled Universal Banker II to deliver excellent customer experiences. You will assist with everyday transactions, engage in needs-based conversations, and support customers with financial wellness through tailored solutions.

You will drive sales conversations, manage deposits and loans, and ensure compliance with banking regulations in a full-time, on-site role in Florida.

Formación

• 1+ years of previous banking and cash handling.
• 1+ years of lending experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive proactive needs-based sales conversations through interactions.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of retail banking products and services.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing customer relationships and cultivate new ones.
• Assist customers financially by delivering loan products with complete packages to minimize exceptions.
• Identify opportunities and make referrals cross-sell banking products to other areas of the bank.
• Educate customers on options for managing transactions using technology and resources.
• Apply product and service knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies.
