Qualifications

• Two years of relevant customer service and/or sales experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Banking experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers and resolve complaints or refer to Branch Management as needed.
• Proactively offer solutions and solicit new business by uncovering needs and making appropriate recommendations.
• Develop new account relationships and open accounts based on customer needs; accept loan and credit card applications.
• Assist with driving staff to achieve operational and sales goals and lead in the absence of management.
• Perform teller transactions and assist with branch operations and audits as needed.
• Maintain compliance with CIP, BSA, AML and OFAC requirements and participate in staff meetings and coaching.
