Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of recent retail bank teller experience and/or 1+ years of high-volume cash-handling experience preferred.
• Outstanding customer service skills and professional demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a teller window and assist customers with transactions.
• Open depository accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs).
• Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
• Take equity line/loan and mortgage applications.
• Carry a pipeline of loan applications through closing.
• Assist customers with banking transactions in-branch or by phone.
• Be willing to work in all areas of the branch.
