Job summary

The Berkshire Bank Warwick Universal Banker will perform Teller and Personal Banking Representative duties, delivering an exceptional customer experience, processing transactions, and opening new accounts while proactively developing customer relationships.

You will promote Beacon Bank's products and services, support digital banking engagement, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements across the branch network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior teller or sales experience in a goal-oriented environment.
• Proven cash handling and customer service experience.
• Knowledge of bank products, services, and operating procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and travel to nearby offices as required.

Responsibilities
