Qualifications

• Ability to interact with varied customers (consumer to small business).
• Proficiency with internet user-level technology.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain Consumer and Business Banking solutions; make recommendations based on identified needs.
• Engage customers and promote use of digital capabilities in interactions.
• Explain high-level loan decision criteria.
• Complete servicing-related tasks for Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
• Follow the bank’s sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand relationships.
• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter.
• Actively engage in lobby management, greet customers, and identify needs.
• Introduce appropriate banking partners when opportunities arise for product solutions.
• Assist with AML/KYC processes and flag suspected fraud.
• Resolve and log customer complaints in the system.
• Review and approve overdrafts for customers.
• Complete customer transactions accurately.
• Document interactions and appointments in the system.
