First Service Bank in Maumelle is seeking a Part-Time Universal Banker to greet customers, build relationships, and provide friendly, human banking on-site at Camp Robinson. The role emphasizes serving the community and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This on-site position involves deposits, account support, debit cards, online banking, and referrals, with adherence to policies and protection of customer information. High School diploma and excellent communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and get to know their needs
• Build real relationships and make banking feel easy (and human)
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
• Balance cash drawers and keep things accurate
• Help customers manage their accounts
• Open and service checking, savings, and CD accounts
• Assist with debit cards, online banking, and account questions
• Recommend products and services that fit each customer
• Make referrals to lenders or other bank experts when needed
• Keep things safe and compliant
• Follow bank policies and regulatory requirements
• Protect customer information and help prevent fraud
• Work toward individual and team goals together

• Primary Work Location: Camp Robinson
• Employment Status: Part-Time
• Work Arrangement: On-site

Anticipated Camp Robinson Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Preferred but Not Required:

• Previous banking experience
• Residency within 30 miles of Little Rock, AR or willingness to relocate
