S&T Bank in Murrysville, PA is seeking a Service/ Teller Associate to deliver exceptional customer service on the teller line while supporting branch sales and platform duties. You will handle a variety of transactions, assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, and help meet branch sales goals in a friendly, compliant manner.

This role requires a high school diploma and 2–5 years of banking experience, with training in CSR and RSA.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of general and specialized banking experience.
• Successful completion of CSR and RSA training programs.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region up to 45 minutes.

Responsabilités

• Operate a customer service window and teller transactions with accuracy.
• Identify customers, verify information, and protect against fraud.
• Accept deposits, cash checks, and process withdrawals.
• Balance the window cash drawer daily and assist in ATM settlements.
• Assist in vault balancing and branch operations as needed.
• Develop customer profiles and recommend S&T loan and deposit products.
