Responsibilities

• Cashes checks and disburses funds after verifying signatures and sufficiency of funds.
• Evaluates checks for endorsements, dates, identification, and legality.
• Prepares, verifies, and issues cashier's checks, money orders, etc.
• Balances cash drawers and maintains daily transaction logs.
• Maintains a secure work area for negotiables and confidential records.
• Conducts credit/debit transactions and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Keeps cash supply adequate and secures teller area.
• Verifies Night Depository envelopes and maintains logs.
• Provides customer service needs, opens accounts, cross-sells products.
