You will engage customers, assist with a broad range of sales and service tasks, and work to strengthen banking relationships while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 2+ years relevant experience
• May require vocational or technical training
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift objects up to 30lbs

Responsibilities

• Responds to customers' needs by processing routine banking transactions at teller window or on the platform under minimal supervision
• Engages in sales and service activities to provide superior customer service
• Opens new accounts, handles teller transactions, and cross-sells bank products and services
• Resolves complex customer service issues and builds rapport to deepen banking relationships
• Refs customers to other banking services and colleagues as appropriate
