Job summary

Collegiate Peaks Bank is seeking a Universal Banker I to deliver exceptional customer service and support branch operations. You will open/close accounts, issue CDs, process teller transactions, and assist customers with inquiries while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role involves onboarding new clients, maintaining relationships, and promoting bank products; prior banking experience is helpful but not required. This position is typically on-site.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months' banking experience preferred.
• Must multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close personal and business accounts; issue CDs and debit cards.
• Process teller transactions: deposits, withdrawals, checks, transfers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and balance at shift end.
• Perform Notary and regulatory training as required.
• Support branch operations and customer onboarding.
