Job summary

Foothills Bank is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver exceptional customer service and support branch operations in Colorado. The role involves onboarding new clients, maintaining relationships, handling personal and business accounts, and performing teller-related tasks.

You will work under bank policies while promoting products and services. Starting compensation is $22.83 per hour, with compensation analyzed based on location, experience, and education.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize job responsibilities.
• Must understand and support the Bank’s philosophy regarding customer service.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be detail orientated.
• Needs to work accurately and efficiently.
• Must have a good working knowledge of PC usage and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Ability to maintain high volume of quality work, while ensuring highest confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Opens and Closes: Checking, Savings, CD’s, IRA’s, HSA’s, and Debit cards.
• Resets Online Banking users.
• Resolve issues and answer questions with customer accounts.
• Provide basic problem-solving solutions.
