Job summary

Central One is seeking a part-time, non-exempt Member Services Associate for our Worcester, MA location. You will assist members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and the opening/servicing of deposit accounts and consumer loans, mortgages, IRAs, and related products.

You will support branch operations, aim to exceed member expectations, and may travel to satellite offices as needed. Strong cross-selling and service orientation are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or loan department of a credit union or financial institution.
• Ability to cross-sell and provide professional service in person, over the phone, or electronically.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with account transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments).
• Open and service deposit accounts, consumer loans, mortgages, IRAs, and business deposit/lending products.
• Balance cash drawer, vault, and monetary instrument inventory; perform related branch duties.
