Jobot is seeking a Banking Operations Associate II at our Encinitas branch. This role focuses on daily teller transactions, new accounts, and support for both consumer and business customers in a collaborative banking environment.

Ideal candidates have a teller or universal banking background with attention to accuracy and compliance with banking regulations. The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the branch network.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years of branch banking experience.
• Experience processing deposits, withdrawals and other banking transactions.
• Experience opening new consumer and business accounts preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other daily teller transactions.
• Handle cash-related items including cashier’s checks, loan payments and stop payments.
• Assist customers with debit card and online banking questions.
• Process wire requests (domestic, international, forex).
• Perform cash verification and branch cash-related responsibilities.
• Provide support with opening new consumer and business accounts.
• Complete account maintenance and customer service requests.
• Conduct OFAC, Biz Chex and ChexSystems inquiries and ensure compliance with BSA/AML/CIP.
