Minnwest Bank is hiring a full-time Assistant Universal Banker for our Summit, SD location. You will deliver professional customer experiences, presenting bank products and services while aiding transitions to bankers for retail and business needs.

The role includes training at the Minnwest Training Center and travel as needed. We value dependable teamwork and a willingness to grow with our community-focused bank.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months cash handling and customer service experience.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Dependable, organized team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers in a clear, effective professional manner.
• Willing to continuously learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service by identifying and recommending bank products and services to fulfill needs.
• Process routine transactions such as deposits, checks, cash handling, receipts and cashier's checks.
• Proactively transition customers and prospects opportunities to achieve sales and service goals.
• Assist customers with account changes or inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of all bank products and services.
• Comply with Minnwest Bank policies and banking laws and regulations.
