Job summary

SCU Credit Union in Taunton, MA is looking for a Universal Banker to deliver outstanding customer service, process transactions, and support daily branch operations. You will build relationships with members and help create a positive banking experience while maintaining security and regulatory standards.

You will educate members on digital banking tools, resolve inquiries, and refer clients to specialists, contributing to branch goals and service excellence.

We’re looking for a passionate Universal Banker to deliver outstanding customer service, build lasting relationships, and support daily branch operations. In this role, you’ll assist members with transactions, recommend financial products and services, and help create a positive banking experience while maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong cash handling, customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of (or willing to learn) banking operations, products, and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to apply strong analytical skills in reviewing information and data

The pay range for the Universal Banker position is $22.50 to $27.00 per hour and is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
