Job summary

Yourpayrollhr is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations in Mason, Ohio. The role involves personnel management, ensuring compliance with laws and bank policies, and delivering friendly customer service.

You will supervise staff, process loans, open accounts, and prepare reports to help meet performance targets. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with lending knowledge preferred.

• Strong knowledge of financial institution operating policies and banking regulations.

• Establishes and helps to attain internal performance objectives for branch office
  business volume, deposits, loan portfolios and quality of audit reports
• Provides and maintains a professional business-like atmosphere within the branch
  office
• Conduct day-to-day operations in accordance with the laws, regulations,
  policies, procedures, and expectations of the Bank. Compliance will be
  recognized as part of the period performance review; noncompliance may
  result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or three to five years previous experience as a customer
  service representative to gain the knowledge of various transactions necessary in
  order to assist branch staff
• Six months- to one year-experience as a mortgage loan officer and consumer loan
  officer to gain the knowledge of basic lending policies and procedures preferred.
• Extensive background in financial institution operating policies and procedures,
  banking regulations (state and federal).
• Ability to supervise, monitor and evaluate the work of others.
