Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meets and greets customers.
• Performs daily teller tasks including deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, and other monetary transactions.
• Opens and processes new accounts (personal and commercial checking, money market, savings, CDs, IRAs, HSAs).
• Discovers customer financial needs and offers appropriate bank products and services.
• Cross-sells the bank’s services and products.
• Researches and answers customer inquiries; quotes products and rates.
• Verifies account information and resolves problems for customers as needed; administers IRAs.
• May accept loan paperwork with proper NMLS licensing.

Key Responsibilities

• Opens and processes new accounts, including personal and commercial checking accounts, money market accounts, savings accounts, certificates of deposit, IRAs, and HSAs.
• Discovers the financial needs of each customer and offers appropriate bank products and services.
• Cross-sells the bank’s services and products.
• Researches and answers customer inquiries; quotes products and rates.
• Researches and verifies account information and resolves problems for customers as necessary.Administers IRAs for the institution.
• May accept customer paperwork for loan products with proper NMLS licensing.
