Servbank is seeking a Universal Banker to open new accounts, maintain existing accounts, and provide exceptional customer service. The role includes cross-selling products and handling teller tasks to meet customer financial needs.

We welcome applicants with 1–3 years of banking experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success in this position as part of our customer-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Meets and greets customers.
• Performs daily teller tasks including deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, and other monetary transactions.
• Opens and processes new accounts, including personal and commercial checking, money market, savings, CDs, IRAs, and HSAs.
• Discovers the financial needs of each customer and offers appropriate bank products and services.
• Cross-sells the bank’s services and products.
• Researches and answers customer inquiries; quotes products and rates.
• Researches and verifies account information and resolves problems for customers as necessary.
• Administers IRAs for the institution.
• May accept customer paperwork for loan products with proper NMLS licensing.

Requirements
