Job summary

• Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
• NMLS registration (or ability to obtain) required.

This role ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service, achievement of branch goals, and compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The Branch Manager will lead and develop a team of banking professionals, foster a culture of accountability and service, and serve as a key representative of Servbank in the local community.

• NMLS registration (or ability to obtain) required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with loan origination or mortgage operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms and CRM tools.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
