Opportunity: Universal Banker

The Universal Banker is responsible for a broad range of activities in the branch, including transaction processing, new account sales, customer servicing, and referral generation. This role requires cross-training and the ability to focus on both teller and platform sales tasks.

Under the supervision of an Assistant Bank Manager, Bank Manager, or Market Manager, this position involves assisting customers with exceptional service and quality, learning and modeling sales behaviors to progress through the banker roadmap and certification. 2. Nurture and retain customer relationships by providing courteous, accurate, and timely service, including cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, and handling payments. Look for opportunities to convert service activities into sales.
  3. Answer customer questions and resolve account issues to ensure satisfaction, including over the phone and in person. Perform onboarding calls and follow-ups.
  4. Protect the bank's financial interests by complying with policies, procedures, and regulations, including completing required training and certifications.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
  • Experience: Less than 2 years in a sales and goals-based environment with strong customer service. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Benefits:
  • Retirement plans (401(k) and Pension)
