We are currently seeking a Universal Banker to work out of our Fitchburg location. As a Universal Banker, you will work with our members to help them achieve their financial goals and dreams. The role focuses on providing superior service, making decisions that serve members' needs while balancing the credit union's interests. Responsibilities include opening deposit accounts, discussing loan products, taking applications, and assisting the teller line.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, and have previous banking experience. Must have or be able to obtain an NMLS number. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus!
