Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to handle cash and check transactions accurately.
• Experience opening new accounts and assisting with lending processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal and external members with excellent service.
• Processing cash and check transactions; opening new accounts.
• Assisting with lending functions: funding auto loans, referring to lending, and setting up loan appointments.
• Protect members and credit union from fraudulent activities.
• Manage self-service channels and educate members on Digital Banking, Phone Banking, Card Services, ITM Operations.
• Advise on account options and maintain member records; resolve issues when needed.
