Job summary

Clearwater Credit Union is Montana’s largest CDFI and a values-based financial cooperative. The Universal Associate role in Great Falls supports members across the financial journey, from advising about accounts and services to processing transactions and assisting with self-service channels.

As part of a team, you will build strong relationships with current and prospective members, deepen engagement, and contribute to strategic goals through exceptional service and financial guidance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong customer service orientation.
• Experience handling cash and processing transactions.
• Ability to open and maintain member accounts.
• Familiarity with digital self-service channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal and external members with excellent service.
• Process cash and check transactions.
• Open new accounts.
• Assist with lending functions and set up loan appointments.
• Protect members and credit union from fraudulent activities.
• Advise on digital banking, phone banking, and card services.
• Maintain end-of-day balancing activities.
• Follow all credit union policies and regulations.
