Job summary

Rebecca Everlene Trust Company is seeking a skilled Unity Developer to join a small, collaborative team building mobile gameplay experiences. You will implement gameplay systems, optimize performance, and mentor junior developers within an Agile process.

You will collaborate with artists, designers, and researchers to deliver polished mobile features, including UI, animations, and audio, while ensuring clear documentation and robust code.

Qualifications

• Experience with GitHub version control.
• Knowledge of GPS/Location-based gameplay systems is a plus.
• Experience implementing custom art assets and UI elements for mobile platforms.
• Experience leading and mentoring junior developers.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Familiarity with platform development tools such as iTunes Connect, iOS Developer, and Google Play Store.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with artists, researchers, and designers to create optimized gameplay mechanics and systems for mobile platforms.
• Develop Unity-specific features such as UI, animations, effects, and audio.
• Collaborate and mentor Junior Unity Developers and Artists in a small team environment.
• Provide clear, customizable code and document the development process.
• Conduct code validation, reviews, and risk assessments for code changes.
• Create technical training content like frameworks, tutorials, and videos for team use.
