WAGE RANGE: $23.00 - $26.30/hourly
Catholic Charities is seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate, and culturally responsive individual to serve as a Unit Supervisor at our Higher Ground Saint Paul location.
This role is ideal for someone who leads with empathy, is grounded in trauma-informed practices, and thrives in dynamic environments serving individuals experiencing homelessness and housing instability.
Working in partnership with the Program Manager, the Unit Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff at the shelter. This position supports program development, data integrity, evaluation, report writing, and day-to-day operations. The Unit Supervisor also plays a key role in fostering staff development, modeling empowerment-based practices, and ensuring the program environment remains safe, clean, and welcoming.
Perform other duties as assigned.
