We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to serve as the Residential Supervisor at a Group Home in Cold Spring. This position offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the program, strengthen relationships within the community, and build a high-performing team dedicated to providing exceptional support and care.

What We\'re Looking For
We are seeking a seasoned leader who can build high-performing teams, foster a strong culture of accountability and support, and represent the organization with professionalism and confidence both internally and within the community.
The minimum requirements for this position include three years of experience working with DDMI populations, at least two of which are in a group residential setting, and at least one year of supervisory experience in a residential setting. Candidates with extensive residential leadership experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
In addition, the qualified candidate must possess a valid driver\'s license and successfully pass both a driving record check and background check.
