Job summary

BayCare Health System in Clearwater, Florida, is seeking an LPN for Morton Plant Rehab. This part-time role (24 hours/week) includes afternoon shift hours (3pm–11pm), no on-call duties, and a focus on patient care coordination within a large health network.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phones, relay messages to nurses, and greet residents, families, and doctors.
• Update patient charts, file medical documents, and enter resident data into the computer system.
• Schedule medical appointments, arrange resident transport, and order medical office supplies.
• Follow HIPAA rules to keep all resident health information private and secure.
