Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital, part of Trinity Health Corp., is seeking a part-time Unit Secretary for the evening shift to coordinate patient flow and provide essential clerical support on the unit.

The role involves processing orders, preparing charts and forms, coordinating with other departments, managing supplies, and greeting visitors. A high school diploma is required; HUC certification is preferred. Evening schedule with 3pm-11pm shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Business school or Associate Degree in Business preferred.
• Certification: Certification as a Healthcare Unit Coordinator (HUC) preferred.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks

Position Highlights and Benefits

Work Schedule: Part time 24-hour Week - Evening 8-hour shifts - 3pm - 11pm

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

Pay Range: $17.50 - $23.80 per hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
