Qualifications

• BCLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No travel required.

Responsabilités

• Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, providing updates and support.
• Maintain accurate patient records, enter physician orders, and protect patient information.
• Coordinate communications between calls and care team to keep the unit connected.
• Keep the environment clean, organized, and well-stocked to promote safety and comfort.
• Take initiative to solve daily challenges and support operations with teamwork.
