HCA Florida Kendall Hospital is seeking a Unit Secretary to join our team in Miami. You will create a welcoming, organized space for patients and families, ensuring clear, compassionate communication and efficient unit operations throughout your shift.

Responsibilities include guiding patients and visitors, maintaining accurate patient records, entering physician orders, handling inter-team communications, and keeping the environment safe and well-stocked. No travel required.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days of start date.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Greet and guide patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain patient records accurately and enter physician orders.
• Handle communications between incoming calls and care team members promptly and clearly.
• Keep the environment clean, organized, and well-stocked to promote safety and comfort.
• Take initiative to solve challenges, support daily operations, and foster a culture of respect and teamwork.
