A leading healthcare organization seeks a part-time clerical worker for the Delmonico 4 unit. Responsibilities include managing charts, answering calls, and ensuring a professional environment. This role requires a high school diploma and the ability to foster cooperation among staff and patients.
Job Summary: The primary responsibility is to perform clerical duties on a nursing or clinical unit, adhering to confidentiality expectations.
Foster a cooperative environment by maintaining professionalism, a pleasant demeanor, and helpfulness towards staff, patients, and families.
Comply with all hospital and departmental policies, guiding principles, rules, and regulations.
Attend orientation and complete ongoing in-service education as required.
Major Duties include, but are not limited to:
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule: 24/48, Part-Time, Days, Every Other Weekend.
Unit: Delmonico 4 is a General Treatment Unit.
This position is a replacement for a striking employee, classified as a permanent replacement under the National Labor Relations Act, with employment standards aligned with Butler Hospital policies.
