Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center in Beatrice, Nebraska, is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support patient care, document chart information, and assist with scheduling and routine tasks in a hospital setting.

Job Duties:

Performs information processing and documentation relating to patient charts and physician orders. Assists nursing personnel with care of patient as directed. Answers internal and external telephone calls for service area and performs other clerical duties as directed. Performs duties related to scheduling of patients and procedures as applicable.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Nursing Assistant Certification, State of Nebraska, required; Medication Aide, State of Nebraska, required within 6 months of hire or within 3 months of the effective date of this job description

Shift Schedule:

Full-Time; 9:00am-9:00pm variable days Monday-Friday with every 3rd weekend/holiday.
