Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Balance multiple tasks while meeting organizational standards.
• Utilize unit metrics (NDNQI, VON, etc.) to drive practice changes.
• Collaborate with unit staff and leaders to address patient care issues and improve outcomes.
• Participate in safety and quality initiatives across the microsystem of care.
• Write and revise unit policies reflecting the latest evidence and best practices.
