Horizon Goodwill in Mount Jackson, VA, is seeking a part-time Lead Processor to support the Warehouse/Store Manager by sorting textiles and overseeing the workflow of other sorters. This role focuses on efficient pre-sorting and workflow supervision in a retail donation setting.

The position requires a High School Diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass pre-hire screenings. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass pre-hire screenings such as background or drug screenings.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to fifty (50) lbs, with or without assistance.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates and separates usable pre-sorted textiles from donations and places in appropriate location or receptacle.
• Provides additional coverage in the pre-sorting area by separating items into categories as defined by the supervisor.
• Assists in tagging, pricing, and preparing store shipments.
• Sorts and prices wares as assigned.
• Keeps work area neat and organized.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to visually determine flaws in textiles to be sorted.
• Performs all other duties assigned.

Job Summary:
