Job summary

Horizon Goodwill is seeking a Lead Processor to support the Warehouse/Store Manager in sorting textiles and discarding unusable items while monitoring sorter workflow.

You will help categorize items, tag and price shipments, and keep the workspace orderly. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lb, with pre-employment screenings. A HS diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to visually identify flaws in textiles during sorting.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation required; able to pass pre-hire screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Manager or Store Manager with sorting textiles and discarding unusable items by monitoring flow of other sorters.
• Provide coverage in pre-sorting area by categorizing items as defined by supervisor.
• Assist tagging, pricing, and preparing store shipments.
• Sort and price wares as assigned; keep the work area neat and organized.
