Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Joplin is seeking a compassionate Unit Nurse Manager (RN) to lead nursing care for residents in our long-term care facility. You will supervise staff, ensure accuracy of care plans, and coordinate treatments and family communication.

The ideal candidate holds an active Missouri RN license, with prior long-term care experience, strong teamwork, and excellent communication skills. We offer a sign-on bonus, competitive wages, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active & good standing RN license in Missouri.
• Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
