Are you a visionary marketing professional ready to inspire connection, build community, and elevate student life? Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead innovative, student-focused marketing initiatives for our on-campus dining programs at George Mason University.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead dining marketing efforts across residential, retail, and catering channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest experience goals.• Design and manage compelling campaigns to drive meal plan participation, guest engagement, and program awareness.• Build and execute creative event experiences that energize the campus community.• Oversee all communication channels including digital, social media, print collateral, and website content.• Monitor marketing metrics, assess impact, and optimize for performance.• Foster strong partnerships with campus stakeholders to support sustainability, nutrition, and wellness programming.• Support business development and retention through impactful marketing materials and presentations.Preferred Qualifications:

+ BS degree in Marketing preferred

+ Minimum of three years marketing experience

+ Ability to present to large groups

+ Knowledge of merchandising and promotions

+ Excellent writing skills
