Job Summary

As the Director of Dining Services, you will oversee daily operations of a dining account, manage and lead a team, maintain client relations, and ensure the food quality meets high standards. Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create menus and ensure top-quality food
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting related to the account
• Implement new culinary programs

Preferred Qualifications

• BS degree in Hospitality or Culinary arts preferred
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
• Experience in high-volume production and catering
• Previous budget management experience
• Desire to learn and grow within a top foodservice company
