Ciena Healthcare is seeking an RN Unit Manager in Michigan to lead and teach a skilled nursing team in a facility setting. The role focuses on coordinating nursing care, implementing procedures, and ensuring high-quality guest care with strong teamwork.

Ideal candidates will have current CPR certification and nursing leadership experience in long-term care or geriatrics, with a passion for mentoring staff and improving resident outcomes.
