NexCare WellBridge Senior Living in Saginaw, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for day and afternoon shifts. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Michigan (RN) with CPR-BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Starting wages; $37.15 per hour
• PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay
• Yearly Wage Increases

Our Registered Nurses are a part of our skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. What you will need to be part of our EPIC team

• Registered Nurse License REQUIRED in Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification REQUIRED.

Shifts

• 8 hour shifts - Afternoons Available - 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• 12 Hour Shifts - Day Shift Available - 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• All shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays

Responsibilities

• You will perform a variety of treatments, including would care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• You will administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• You will provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.
• You will oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
