Job summary

Pilgrim Manor in Plymouth, IN is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to lead the daily nursing operations. RN preferred; qualified LPNs will be considered. The Unit Manager ensures resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, and staff support on a designated unit.

Lead the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, mentor nursing staff, and communicate with residents’ families. Full-time, day shift, Monday-Friday, with a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana RN license preferred; LPNs will be considered.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit
• Ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality, resident-centered care
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain excellent clinical performance
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and standards of care
• Serve as a primary liaison for residents' families, providing updates and addressing concerns professionally

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Friday

Position Overview

Pilgrim Manor is seeking an experienced and compassionate Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This position is ideal for a Registered Nurse (RN), although qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) will be considered. The Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit while ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff support.

Key Responsibilities
