Job summary

AristaCare Health Services is seeking a Unit Manager (RN) to oversee care management for a defined patient population within an assigned unit and to ensure quality nursing care under the Nurse Practice Act.

The role requires a NJ RN license and at least one year of supervisory experience in a hospital or long‑term care setting, along with training in rehabilitative nursing practices. Onsite location in New Jersey with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Unit Manager

– RN is reasonable to oversee the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. The position conducts the nursing process, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure. The Unit Manager - RN coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to center's clinical systems and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey.
• Must have, as a minimum, one year(s) of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long‑term care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
