Job summary

CommuniCare in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an RN Nursing Unit Manager with heart to oversee the clinical and operational performance of our nursing unit. This full-time day-shift role focuses on delivering patient-centered care and staff leadership in a 24-hour environment.

You will be responsible for staffing, quality metrics, and collaboration with other departments to ensure a high standard of care for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.
• 2 - 5 years Supervisory/Management experience.
• 1 Year Long Term Care and Behavioral Health Experience.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all operational aspects of the unit(s) on a 24-hour basis.
• Lead day-to-day operations on the Nursing Unit and ensure quality patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being.
