CommuniCare Health's Indian Creek Healthcare Center in Corydon, IN is seeking an RN Nursing Unit Manager to lead the unit with compassion and clinical excellence; you will be accountable for all operational aspects of the unit and ensure resident-centered care.

This full-time, day shift role includes one on-call day every other week and a weekend on-call rotation; starting pay is $32.00 per hour with benefits including life/LTD/STD, medical, dental, and vision, plus a 401(k) employer match and

• Registered Nurse licensed in Indiana.
• 2–5 years of Supervisory/Management experience.
• Experience in Long Term Care.

As Nursing Unit Manager, you will be accountable for all operational aspects of the unit.

Shift: Full Time, Days with 1 on call day every other week and a weekend on call rotation.

Rate: starting at $32.00/hour

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana
• 2 - 5 years Supervisory/Management experience
• Previous Long Term Care Experience
