Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management in Florida is seeking a skilled RN Unit Manager to lead nursing teams and ensure high-quality resident care. You will coordinate daily operations and serve as the primary liaison between residents, families, and the care team.

The ideal candidate holds an ASN or Practical Nursing Diploma, active RN or LPN licensure in Florida, and 1+ year of long-term care experience. We offer growth opportunities, competitive benefits, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in Florida required.
• One year or more nursing experience, preferably in Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients.
• Acting as main point of contact between residents and their families.
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members.
