The role requires an active Louisiana RN license, weekend call rotation, and strong leadership to support and develop nursing staff while maintaining resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with the State of Louisiana.
• Available for weekend call rotation, approximately every 6 weeks, based on facility needs.
• Knowledge of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing practices.
• Understanding of long-term care regulations, guidelines, and standards.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred; healthcare-related experience required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support nursing staff.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (weekend call rotation required)
