Job summary

Atrium Centers Lexington Court Care Center is seeking an experienced Unit Manager RN to lead nursing services in a licensed unit under the Director of Nursing. You will guide clinical excellence, support frontline staff, and ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.

Required: RN license, 3+ years in long-term care with leadership, IV certification, medication administration skills, and a strong knowledge of state rules.

What You Bring

• Registered Nurse (RN) license

• At least three (3) years of nursing experience in a long-term care setting, with the majority in a leadership or management role

• Medication administration ability and IV certification

• Strong working knowledge of state rules and regulations

• A passion for improving the lives of residents

• Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude
