Job summary

CommuniCare Health Services is seeking an RN Nursing Unit Manager at Indian Creek Healthcare Center in Corydon, IN. You will lead the unit’s day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and coordinate staffing to meet resident needs.

The ideal candidate holds an Indiana RN license with 2–5 years of supervisory/management experience and prior long‑term care exposure. This is a full‑time role with dayshift and on‑call rotation.

As Nursing Unit Manager, you will be accountable for all operational aspects of the unit. Shift: Full Time, Days with 1 on call day every other week and a weekend on call rotation. Rate: starting at $32.00/hour.
