Job summary

Chandler Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary staff to oversee daily operations and maintain regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have an active SC RN license, leadership experience in long-term care, and proficiency with PCC. This is a full-time on-site role with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in South Carolina.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous leadership or management experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, implementing, and directing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department.
• Oversee clinical care delivery within the assigned unit.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely interventions when needed.
• Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with facility policies.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Support regulatory compliance and quality assurance initiatives.
• Serve as a resource for residents, families, and staff regarding care concerns.
• Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork and resident-centered care.
