Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services, LLC is seeking an RN Unit Manager to supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities on an assigned skilled nursing unit. You will ensure all nursing actions comply with applicable federal, state, and local standards and regulations.

The role requires an active RN license and a nursing degree. This is a full-time position with a focus on quality patient care and regulatory compliance, in a facility dedicated to veterans' health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.

Responsibilities

• Unit Manager oversees day-to-day nursing activities on an assigned skilled nursing unit, supervising, coordinating, and evaluating staff to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

The RN Unit Manager ensures nursing activities are conducted in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.
